IMAGINE: ...opening the refrigerator, pulling out
a few ingredients and whipping up a masterpiece! ...having a fabulous meal at a restaurant and being able to go home and
recreate it...without a recipe! ...knowing what to add, how much to add, and when to add it in order to make your creation
perfect. ...knowing how to alter a recipe to accommodate your diet or budget. That's what Chefs in Training
is all about!
